About Us

Patient Capital Group was formed to provide investors access to the multi family apartment market in and around Chicago, Illinois. Patient Capital was formed by Jon Michelon, Dennis Salinas, Rick Michelon, and Jesse Criz in 2015 with the intention of capitalizing on Generational neighborhood investing.

We primarily invest in communities within the city of Chicago. The neighborhoods we have chosen to date,  include Edison Park, Norwood Park, Logan Square, Avondale, Edgebrook, and Bridgeport to name a few, we’re chosen for their proximity to the city via public transportation, as well as their generational history.

Our investors understand the patient nature of real estate investing. We aim to improve/mature our properties over an extended term basis in order to maximize growth, profitability, and return.

We provide a vehicle to our investors to gain easy access to investment properties. The ability to enter the market with a minimal investment creating the ability for future growth and success, while allowing people to invest in a more comfortable level.

Why PCG: Our combined 100 plus years of real estate investing and work within in the industry in industrial markets, real estate investing, real estate tax professionals, creates the value add in separating CPG from other capital groups.

We plan to grow a large portfolio of buildings, professionally managed, in areas that will continue to see appreciation and capital improvements over the life of the investment, ultimately providing long term multi family ownership and management within the generational community neighborhoods of Chicago.

We believe we can provide superior property management to our investment portfolio resulting in continued appreciation of those properties.  We’re better because of the personal aspect of our business including management, experience, industry knowledge and tenure.
